Assignments may be short or long term, full time or part time. The Pool allows you to find out if we have suitable potential candidates for your organisation. We utilise our powerful website search engine to find suitable matches from our bank of professional interim and project managers. Using The Pool Using The Pool is simple. You have two options to contact us; you can either use the enquiry form or email us at: pool@hqnetwork.co.uk. Quality Assurance The Pool offers only high calibre candidates who work to the highest professional and ethical standards. Any Pool candidate you choose to interview will already have undergone a series of checks including: • Track record investigation • Face-to-face interview • Two satisfactory references In addition, you are free to request further background information and references from candidates if you wish. All Pool interim and project managers undergo a probationary period of 14 days in each post. During this time you are free to end the proposed contract with no further obligation should the placement prove unsatisfactory. During a contract, our interim managers receive support from their named Pool contact and, for longer contracts, a series of face-to-face meetings. We will also check your satisfaction with the placement at monthly intervals. Contractual Arrangements Contracts between The Pool and employers are drawn up individually according to your requirements. However, features always included are: You will undertake to utilise the agreed manager for the duration of the contract in the post specified. Invoices will be issued monthly by us, with payment required in 14 days. You will be responsible for complying with employment and health and safety legislation covering staff at your workplace. All Pool managers are self employed independent contractors. Our interim managers are offered to clients without any express or limited warranty as to their professional status or skills. Pool managers agree not to take up employment directly with Pool clients for one year after completing an assignment for that client.
